This amazing site is surrounded by conservation area, wetlands, and miles of riding trails. The client wanted the house to have full view of a nearby pond while keeping a barn/indoor riding arena in close proximity for easier care of the horses. The home has a comfortable blend of character with knotty alder cabinets, soapstone countertops and several custom wood elements with the durability of concrete floors and stone masonry. Our scope included the design of the barn including the horse stalls, tack room, and accessory dwelling unit found within it.
