About 15 years ago, a Seattle client purchased several misshaped lots along the Spokane River and transformed them to allow for the 26,000 square foot Riverfront Office Park Building. The building, on what is now Spokane Falls Boulevard, was designed to take advantage of the surrounding river both in form and in view opportunities. The graceful supporting arches from the old Trent Avenue bridge were echoed in the lower level arched windows and the entry lobby frames the spectacular river view through two stories of glass.
